Vietnam restores visa exemption for some European countries, Korea and Japan

On March 15, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh signed a resolution on visa exemption for citizens of 13 countries as the policy was implemented before the COVID-19 epidemic.
Citizens of 13 countries are exempt from visas: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Great Britain – Northern Ireland, Russia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belarus, Japan and South Korea.
This visa exemption policy is implemented for 3 years, from March 15, until the end of March 14, 2025 and will be considered for extension in accordance with Vietnamese law.
