IN CASE THE DECLARATION HAS MANY CONTRACTS OR ORDERS INVOLVED IN, HOW IS THE DECLARATION DONE?

According to the provisions of Clause 7, Article 25 of Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government, then:

  1. Imported goods with many contracts or orders which have one or more orders from one seller, the same payment method, one-time delivery, and one order, shall be declared on one or more custom declarations.

 

  1. Exported goods with many contracts or orders which have same delivery conditions, same payment method, sold to the same customer and delivered once, shall be declared on one or more customs declarations .
