MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH MEASURES WITHIN THE TECHNOLOGICAL GOVERNANCE LEGAL FRAMEWORK: DIGITAL MAIS – ESG AND THE LEGAL CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING WITHIN THE VIETNAMESE MARKET, A PROMINENT EMERGING MARKET (2026)

The EU’s new ESRS rules mandate “double materiality” assessments, introduced legal risks regarding reporting accuracy and stakeholder engagement. To manage these challenges, Mezzanotte (2023) advised adopting strategic legal planning and flexible enforcement for unintentional greenwashing. Ultimately, it called for the swift implementation of robust sustainability assurance practices.

Going forward, DDC Global’s primary objective in its research and practical engagement is to accomplish legal corporate sustainability reporting by integrating Digital MAIS with recognized ESG standards in a rapidly evolving industry.
